Try these workout moves straight from their trainers.

Emma Roberts - Triceps
A. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a 2-lb dumbbell in each hand. Bring your right arm up and bend it at a right angle.

B. Engange your abs and twist your body to the left, while extending your right elbow in front of you (as if you're throwing a snowball). Then bring in your elbow and twist back to starting position. Repeat for 15 reps; switch sides. Rest for 30 seconds, then do 2 more sets.
